Police: Man exposes himself to cashier

State police attested an upstate man for allegedly exposing himself in public.

Basher N. Marji, 25, of Canastota, is charged with one count of public lewdness, a misdemeanor.

On June 18, 2012, Marji went into a mini mart in Madison County and intentionally exposed himself to the cashier, police said.

Cops issued Marji an appearance ticket requiring him to appear in town court on June 26.
