    Parents say there ought to be a law against body piercing at a young age. Doctors and dentists say it can be dangerous. But many young kids are doing it anyway.

For years New York has been a haven for young teenagers looking to get body piercing.

But that is all changing thanks in part to a Fox 5 investigation.
