Prosecutors on Long Island said a man accused of impersonating a federal agent has victimized at least five people.

David Bradley of Port Jefferson Station was ordered held on $350,000 bond Wednesday. He is accused in an eight-count indictment of kidnapping, criminal impersonation and other crimes. Attorney Anthony LaPinta said Bradley pleaded not guilty. He declined further comment.

Bradley, 39, was arrested June 11. He is accused of detaining a 19-year-old man while posing as an Immigration and Customs Enforcement agent. The man was later released.

The indictment charges Bradley also posed as a federal agent on June 6, May 10 and twice on May 4.

If convicted of kidnapping, Bradley could be sentenced to up to 25 years.

Prosecutors are trying to determine if there are other victims.
