DETROIT (WJBK) -

Instead of watching cartoons or playing ball, police say a boy believed to be 10 years old passes the time robbing and stealing.

Detroit police are searching for two suspects, including the youngster, who they say used a pistol to hold up a woman and steal her 2001 Cadillac DeVille Saturday. The incident happened while a security guard was on break at the Family Dollar in the 16000 block of Harper.

"I'm going to catch him next time myself," said the security guard, who wished to remain anonymous.

The 34-year-old victim described her assailants as about 10 and 16 years old.

Anyone with information is asked to call Crime Stoppers at (800) SPEAK-UP.
