Accused madam remains locked up at Rikers

Accused millionaire madam Anna Gristina remains locked up in jail on Rikers Island after she decided to not accept an offer from her former lawyer to put up his home as bail collateral. Gristina is still looking to come up with the money on her own.

Norman patties, her lawyer, said he hopes to get her out Tuesday or Wednesday.

Last week, an appeals court overturned Gristina's original $2 million bond and lowered it to $250,000.

The mom of four says prosecutors are unfairly keeping her in jail in the hopes she gives up names from the high-end upper eastside prostitution ring she's accused of running.

Gristina insists it was a legitimate dating service for married men.

If released, she will have to wear an ankle bracelet so the court could monitor her every move.
