Duke Castiglione trains for the NYC Triathlon with Team in Training.
The Aquaphor New York City Triathlon consists of a 1500 meter swim on the Hudson River on Manhattan's Westside. The athletes will start at 99th street and exit near the 79th street Boat Basin. Following the swim is a 40 kilometer bike ride from Riverside Park riding up to the Bronx before returning to Manhattan for the 10 kilometer run that starts on 72nd in Riverside Park and finishes on Dead Road in Central Park.
The New York City Triathlon will take place on Sunday, July 8th.
