There is a report that police could arrest hip-hop star Drake Saturday night after his concert at Jones Beach.

According to the New York Post, if Drake doesn't agree to surrender to police by early next week, he could he arrested as early as Saturday night, but TMZ says that's not going to happen.

Shattered glass and gashes galore left behind at W.i.P. in SoHo could now put Drake behind bars.

The Post reported that Drake will be charged with reckless endangerment after a witness told cops that the 25-year-old flung a bottle during Thursday's mayhem at the SoHo hot spot.

Hip-hop star Chris brown was hurt along with several others that night.

The bloody bar brawl reportedly began when Drake sent a taunting note about Rihanna over to Brown's table.

Friday, city council speaker, Christine Quinn called an emergency meeting between nightclub owners and the NYPD to determine if bottle service policies now need to be changed.

There are reports that Browns' entourage included gang members which would be a violation of his probation.

Brown is still on probation for beating his ex- Rihanna.

Fans say no matter who is really at fault, the fight should have never happened in the first place.

Fortunately no one was seriously hurt that night.

Fox 5 News contacted the NYPD for comment on the case. A spokesperson would only say that the fight is still under investigation.
