Paramedics were called Friday to treat Lindsay Lohan after she was reportedly found non-responsive in the penthouse of the Ritz-Carlton hotel in Marina del Rey, Calif., TMZ reported.
Members of her entourage reportedly became concerned when they could not rouse her from her sleep at around 10:15am local time.
Paramedics arrived and determined that there was no cause for concern. Contrary to earlier local reports, she was not hospitalized.
"She's fine. It was all twisted. I'm not going to make any comment," her mom, Dina Lohan, told the New York Post.
"She's been working very hard, she's been working through the night," Dina Lohan continued. "She was just exhausted. She did not go to the hospital. They had a doctor on the set who checked her out. She's been working long hours. They wrapped up at 6:15 this morning. The movie's doing great."
The 25-year-old actress is in the area to film her starring role as Elizabeth Taylor in the Lifetime film "Liz & Dick."
Her rep, Steve Honig, similarly blamed the health scare on her "grueling schedule," in a statement to People magazine.
"She was on set last night at 7 p.m. and worked through the night until 8 a.m. this morning," he said. "She took a nap before shooting her final scene. Producers were concerned when she did not come out of her room and called paramedics as a precaution."
"Lindsay was examined and is fine, but did suffer some exhaustion and dehydration. She is resting now and is hoping to be back on set later this afternoon," he added.
Last Friday, Lohan was hospitalized after her Porsche rear-ended an 18-wheeler on the Pacific Coast Highway in Los Angeles.
Though photos showed she suffered bruising after the accident, which totaled her car, her rep said she was not seriously injured.
