JetBlue passengers sue airline following pilot erratic behavior

Ten passengers aboard a JetBlue flight in March are suing the airline for compensatory and punitive damages following a pilot's erratic behavior.
According to the complaint, the passengers suffered sever emotional disturbance, anxiety and fear when pilot Clayton Osbon put their lives in danger and forced an emergency landing in Amarillo, Texas.
JetBlue says they do not comment on pending litigation
Michael Bedziner was among those passengers. He and his attorney, Steve Epstein, spoke with Good Day NY on Thursday about the lawsuit.
