One more thing about college kids trying to get jobs
According to a recent survey, half of college graduates were jobless or underemployed in 2011. The class of 2012 is facing the worst job market for bachelor's degree holders in more than a decade. So what's a young kid supposed to do?
Well, if you're smart, like North Shore resident Grace Sweeney, a graduate of Elon University in North Carolina, you use your journalism degree and experience working at the college TV station, and do your own video take-off on that currently ubiquitous song, "Call Me Maybe" changing the lyrics just a bit.
