Truck driver with suspended license involved in deadly crash

A box truck driver with a suspended New York State license was involved in an accident that left a motorcycle driver dead.
Nassau County police say it happened Tuesday at 9:40 a.m. in East Garden City.
Detectives say Stephen Fay, 19, of Westbury was on a 2012 Kawasaki Ninja motorcycle on East Gate Blvd. when a box truck turned onto East Gate in front of him.
Fay was unable to avoid hitting the truck and ran into the back, throwing him from the motorcycle. He died at a nearby hospital.
Police found that the operator of the box truck, Kevin Kizzie, 45, of Brooklyn, was driving on a suspended license. He is due back in court on June 19, 2012.
