Macomb Co. Contractor Turns Himself In - New York News | NYC Breaking News

A Macomb County contractor is in jail. He turned himself in after being put in the Hall of Shame. Problem Solver Rob Wolchek says that as soon as his story hit TV and the internet, cops from all over Michigan recognized him as a guy they were looking for. He's got a whole bunch of arrest warrants.
