A man who just spent some time in the FOX 2 Hall of Shame got a little surprise when he showed up to court this week. He was presented with a set of handcuffs.  Problem Solver Rob Wolchek says "Baseball Barry" is currently behind bars.

As Rob explains in his video report, this baseball guy's already been charged with two felonies, and now he's in custody waiting to be arraigned on a third.
