Suffolk County Police arrested a West Babylon pizzeria owner who they say was selling illegal prescription pills out of his restaurant.
Tuesday's arrest came after a three month investigation into the illegal sale of prescription drugs at Miceli Brothers Pizzeria and Restaurant on Little East Neck Road.
Police say that Francesco Miceli sold illegal Oxycodone hydrochloride pills to someone working undercover on several occasions.
Miceli, 50, of Rockville Centre, faces with several felony charges. He was scheduled to be arraigned in Central Islip on Wednesday.
