Gabriella Falzarine fund for kidney transplant and treatments

In February Fox 5 reported about Gabriella Falzarine, of Poughkeepsie, who was in desperate need of a kidney transplant but doctors were having a hard time finding a match.
After our story aired, dozens of Fox 5 viewers stepped forward to help and be tested.
At her 13th birthday party she announced she's getting the gift she wanted more than anything: A kidney.
They have found a donor. Her transplant is scheduled for May 29.
So many people were touched by hearing her story even Snooki from the "Jersey Shore" stopped by Gabriella's party to wish her luck with the transplant.
Elle still has a long road ahead facing treatments that will cost her family thousands of dollars. So she still needs help.
