Pippa Middleton moving to NYC, report says

Posted: Updated:

Pippa Middleton is considering a move to New York City in the near future, according to a Grazia magazine report.

The magazine claims that the younger sister of Kate Middleton has been considering a move away from London, where her every move is followed obsessively by paparazzi, for some time.

While Middleton had originally envisioned herself in Paris, she has reportedly changed her mind following an incident in the city in April when she was snapped in a car alongside lawyer Romain Rabillard as he pointed a fake gun at photographers. Middleton was not questioned by police in the incident, but toy weapons are frowned upon in French culture and her reputation has been damaged, sources say.

"Pippa had been considering a move to Paris. But now that's off the list she has been investigating her options in America," a source tells the magazine. "She would love to move to New York as she'll be spending time there when her book launches in the autumn."

Sources say that Middleton considers New York the perfect place to prepare for the release of her party planning guide, "Celebrate," which will be in bookstores in October.
