Smoked meat club sells 2,500 pounds of beef

Where's the beef? That's the question a lot of disappointed meat lovers who missed out on shares of a unique brisket co-op plan are asking.

In just 48 hours, Brisketlab, the underground smoked meat club run by Daniel Delaney, sold out of 2,500 pounds of brisket, according to DNAinfo.com. The meat is slow-cooked in a genuine smoker brought up from Texas.
