Smoked meat club sells 2,500 pounds of beef

Where's the beef? That's the question a lot of disappointed meat lovers who missed out on shares of a unique brisket co-op plan are asking.

In just 48 hours, Brisketlab, the underground smoked meat club run by Daniel Delaney, sold out of 2,500 pounds of brisket, according to The meat is slow-cooked in a genuine smoker brought up from Texas.
