NFL Cheerleader Allowed to Sue 'TheDirty.com'

An NFL cheerleader will be allowed to sue a Scottsdale website for comments they made about her online.

Sarah Jones is a cheerleader for the Cincinnati Bengals.

She said she had to leave her other job as a teacher after the website TheDirty.com said she had two sexually transmitted diseases.

This week, a federal judge ruled she could sue the website and its owner for defamation.
