Joan tells Dr. Oz that she has heard that oil of oregano is good for toenail fungus. She asks Dr. Oz how to apply it, and if so, how often she should apply it.

If an infection occurs, one can mix the oil with a liquid solvent (often used by aroma therapists) and apply it to the affected toenail with a gauze or cloth.
