Teachers' Unions Want to Change Ill. Education Reform Bill

The coalition that helped craft Illinois school reform is in jeopardy tonight.

City and state teachers' unions, which originally agreed to the bill, said they have issues with it.

The Chicago Teachers Union wants lawmakers to remove anti-union bargaining restrictions from the current state senate version.

The restrictions would block the union from disputing reforms, like lengthening the school day and school year.
