These technologies include applied chemicals which lighten the affected areas, abrasion techniques, and tummy tucks.
Dr. Oz notes the monetary cost behind some of these practices, and the fact that women need to make sure they lose the weight they want off of themselves before some drastic measures are taken to get the desired effect.
Dr. Oz reiterates that women must recognize that the rate at which they gained the weight should reflect the rate at which they lose it.
