1. Place a 10-inch cast iron skillet or pie plate in a 475°F oven. In large mixing bowl, combine pancake mix, milk, eggs, nutmeg and salt; mix until just combined. 2. Remove skillet from oven; reduce oven to 425°F. Add butter to skillet; swirl to coat skillet. Pour pancake batter into skillet. 3. Bake until puffed and lightly browned (12-15 minutes). Remove from oven; sprinkle with powdered sugar. Top with berries and whipped cream.
