Kenny Bell, or "K B" as he's known on the street, is one of a hundred men Chicago police and FBI agents set out to arrest in November following a two year drug investigation called "Operation Blue Knight."
Despite hundreds of law enforcement officers attempting to arrest about 100 Traveling Vice Lord gang members in one day, Bell is one of two suspects that some how got away. Agents say he was not at his west side home when they tried to arrest him there on November 17th.
Investigators say Bell supplied multiple kilos of heroin on a weekly basis to the high ranking Traveling Vice Lord gang members who sold it in an area known as "K.O." or Kedzie and Ohio. Federal prosecutors say this operation generated as much as six thousand dollars a day in illegal drug deals.
Sources say "Operation Blue Knight" was sparked by suspicions that one of the gang members was involved in the 2008 murder of Chicago Police detective Robert Soto and his companion, Kathryn Romberg.
While this investigation targeted the Traveling Vice Lords street gang, agents say Bell belongs to a slightly different gang, the Conservative Vice Lords. It's a faction of the Vice Lords street gang.
Even though Bell disappeared two months ago, investigators believe he may be hiding here in the Chicago area. That's why they want you to take a good look at his picture.
Here is a detailed description of what investigators say Bell looks like. He is described as a black male, about 5' 9", weighing around 170 pounds, with black hair, brown eyes and a tombstone tattoo on his right forearm.
He is considered armed and dangerous.
