The Pennsylvania state attorney general filed new grand jury documents in the Jerry Sandusky case on Wednesday.
Court Documents: Complaint | Grand Jury Presentment
There was a new complaint filed against Sandusky, and an amendment to the Nov. 3 grand jury presentment that contains testimony from Victim 9 and Victim 10.
In the complaint, Sandusky is charged with four new counts of involuntary deviate sexual intercourse and two new counts of unlawful contact with a minor, all first-degree felonies which are each punishable by up to 20 years in prison and $25,000 fines.
Additionally, he is charged with one count of indecent assault and two counts of endangering the welfare of children, all third-degree felonies which are each punishable by up to seven years in prison and $15,000 fines.
Sandusky is also charged with one count of indecent assault and two counts of corruption of minors, all first-degree misdemeanors each punishable by up to five years in prison and $10,000 fines.
The presentment contains shocking testimony about sexual assault that are very similar to other testimony in the original grand jury presentment.
The victims' claims are almost a decade apart but very similar in describing how Sandusky met the boys through his charity, and sexually assaulted them during sleepovers in his State College basement.
