Torrie's Take

As you guys know I'm getting married in June, so I have no shopping money these days! Today, I'm here to tell you there is hope, don't have any money? No problem!  You can still be fabulous in last year's wardrobe! Let's take a peek in a little clothing boutique I like to call "YOUR CLOSET!"

Here's my take:
Alright girls...grab a fashion mag or read Torrie's Take and see what's hot, compare it to what you already have and re-create some great looks! Now if something doesn't fit, it's holey and worn out, and has no hope of coming back into fashion--throw it out! Your fancy blouses that have been in style for a while...pull them out and throw on with a pair of skinny jeans and boots or pumps. Got a cute t-shirt? Try layering it with some necklaces and pair with a cute skirt or your wide-legged dress pants! We all have blazers...they've been a fashion must have for years. Grab those adorable tanks already in your closet, no matter the material or style, throw on your blazer and you're ready! Sweaters...try to re-vamp them with different belts and accessories. Take those suits from last year and turn them into separates! Luckily for us, Fashion doesn't change drastically year after year. So with some minor tweaks, you can still look hot. If you feel great in it, you will rock in it. After you tweak your closet, you can still pick up a few new pieces (if it's in the budget). Take advantage of all the sales going on now, as stores are trying to switch seasons! I got tons of sweaters and shirts from Old Navy last week for like $4-$6 bucks. They were offering an extra 50% of clearance items. Also don't forget about Thrift Stores...what was old is new again!  And, there you have it...Fab on a Drab Budget!

Xoxo :)
