Snow in some higher elevations is turning to rain and sleet. Expect more rain and flooded roadways as you head out for your morning commute across the Tri-State Region. Weather Alerts have been issued.
No accumulation is expected in New York City and the surrounding areas. Places north and west of New York City could see snow totals of up to several inches.
Bring an umbrella and wear your snow boots no matter where you are traveling in the Tri-State Region.

Plows have been clearing highways and parking lot in parts of Sussex, Morris and Passaic counties in New Jersey and towns in northern New York State.
Wantage has received 4 1/2 inches of snow. There was little more the 4 inches in Butler and 4 inches in Blairstown.
Many school districts have delayed opening and some have even closed.
Wind gusts up to 45 mph are blasting coastal Atlantic and Cape May counties.
