GARDEN CITY, N.Y. - The husband of the woman who drove drunk and high on the wrong way of the Taconic State Parkway killing eight people broke his silence today.

Daniel Schuler addressed the media outside his lawyer's office in Garden City, New York.

Schuler is asking hat another autopsy be performed on his wife.

Speaking to Fox 5 News, Schuler's lawyer says his client is suicidal after losing his wife and daughters.

Meanwhile, the family of two men killed in the crash say they'll use the tragedy to campaign against drunken driving.

Roseann Guzzo's father and brother, Michael and Guy Bastardi, were among the eight who died on July 26. Four of the victims were
children.

Minivan driver Diane Schuler downed more than 10 drinks and smoked marijuana before the crash. Her family says there were no
warning signs.

Guzzo said in an interview with The Journal News that when drivers are impaired, "the car becomes a weapon."

Guzzo says her father taught the family to "stick together" -- and faith will get them through the ordeal.
