BROOKLYN, N.Y. - The morning commute came to a halt for drivers on the southbound Gowanus Expressway on Tuesday.

A tractor-trailer jackknifed near 6th Avenue in Brooklyn after colliding with a box truck.

There were no reports of injuries.

There were major delays on both the southbound and northbound lanes at the height of the morning rush.
