(MYFOX NATIONAL) - The 911 tape reporting the deaths of former NFL quarterback Steve McNair and his girlfriend Sahel Kazemi has been released by the Metro Nashville Police Department.
TMZ reports that McNair's friend, Robert Gaddy, can be heard on the call in a frantic, hysterical state. McNair's roommate, Wayne Neely, was the one that discovered the bodies and told Gaddy to make the call.

Police also released dashcam video of Kazemi who was arrested for a DUI on July 2, two days before she shot and killed McNair in his sleep at his home, and then shot herself.
Kazemi can be seen on the video undergoing several sobriety tests. Then she is seen sitting in the back of the police car. McNair who was in Kazemi's Escalade is then shown exiting the car, the last footage likely shot of the NFL star.
