Details of Steve McNair and Sahel Kazemi

As the investigation into the double-shooting of former Tennessee Titans and Baltimore Ravens quarterback Steve McNair and his alleged girlfriend Sahel Kazemi continues, details are surfacing about his relationship with the 20-year-old.

The Washington Post reports that police spokesman Don Aaron classified the two as having "a dating relationship over the past several months." And TMZ.com published a story and photos depicting the two parasailing together at a beach location approximately three months ago.

Although McNair's death has been ruled a homicide by authorities, according to the Washington Post, they have declined to classify the death of Kazemi as a suicide or homicide. Police said a murder-suicide is one of the possibilities they are investigating. "You can't be closed-minded in an investigation. No possibilities have been ruled out," Aaron told The Washington Post.

Kazemi had one gunshot wound to the head and a pistol was found beneath her body, according to police, while McNair was shot four times.

MSNBC.com posted an interview with Kazemi's sister who said McNair was going to divorce his wife in about two weeks and that he and Sahel were going to move in together. "She was very young, very pretty ... she would never hurt a person," she said.

According to a NYDailyNews.com report, McNair's wife was not aware of the relationship . "She's blindsided by this," one source said of Mechelle McNair. "She's crushed. Her whole world is shattered."
