BETHESDA, Md. - Tournament host Tiger Woods and defending champion Anthony Kim have set the stage for a Sunday showdown at the AT&T National, with plenty of unexpected company at Congressional.
Woods survived a roller-coaster round with an even-par 70 and shared the 54-hole lead Saturday with the 24-year-old Kim, who shot a 68. They were at 10-under 200, although it was far from a two-man race.
Senior PGA champion Michael Allen, who has never won on the PGA Tour, had a 65 and was one shot behind along with Cameron Beckman, who chipped in for eagle on the 16th and shot a 66.
