MYFOXNY.COM - It may look like the work of movie stunt artists but the members of Parkour will tell you that their high-flying maneuvers are all about a way of life and not just way to entertain.

The flip forwards, backwards and sideways. They run, jump and dive. And it's all done mostly on concrete and other surfaces with no 'give.'

While it may sound crazy to some, it's a way of life for members of Parkour.

The rapidly growing martial art/dance/ stunt/ gymnastics 'discipline' is making strides in the United States after much popularity in Europe.

One of the founding members is Sebastian Fucon of France. He had a starring role in the James Bond movie: Casion Royale.

Fucon can be seen moving smoothly from rooftops to ground floors with little more than a few steps and rolls as he lands.
