John Huddy

John Huddy is an Emmy nominated, award-winning general assignment reporter for My9 News.

He joined the My9 team in 2008 from sister station WNYW/Fox 5 News where he was a writer and associate producer. Since joining the My9 team, Huddy’s covered local, national and international news.

He started his journalism career as a newspaper reporter for the Los Angeles Daily News. He also worked for newspapers in Idaho and New Mexico, earning investigative, feature and political reporting honors along the way. Before making the leap into television, Huddy was also the senior researcher on the New York Times best selling book "Storming Las Vegas".

He currently lives in New Jersey.
