MYFOXNY.COM - A Queens pet dealer may finally be forced to pay for the sick dogs she sold. Now, Attorney General Andrew Cuomo has stepped in, thanks to Fox 5's Arnold Diaz.
For a year and a half, Diaz has been reporting on pet dealer Robin Schulder. She used many different Web sites to sell puppies nationwide for thousands of dollars each. The problem is, many of the dogs she sold were very sick.
The attorney general has filed a lawsuit against Schulder and her husband, seeking to put them out of business permanently and force them to give refunds to their many victims. The lawsuit alleges Schulder's business is built on one lie after another.
Fox 5 has tried but has been unable to reach Schulder or her husband for comment.
