MYFOXNY.COM - A bizarre town feud in New Jersey has gotten so nasty that someone's been arrested. As Fox 5's John Deutzman reports, the guy in trouble isn't the type you'd expect to be caught by the cops.

Dr. Alan Bess is touted on the Internet as a respected doctor, an expert in drug safety and the CEO of American Health Systems, a drug safety company.

The drama is all about Rob Burke's desire to put up a wind turbine outside his environmentally friendly car wash, called the Wayne Auto Spa.
