MYFOXNY.COM - A judge in California has found Lindsay Lohan in violation of probation in 2007 drug case. The judge has sentenced Lohan to 90 days behind bars in addition to continuing drug and alcohol education.
Judge Marsha Revel gave Lohan 30 days on her reckless driving charge, 30 days for her first DUI case, and 30 days on a second DUI case.
"I did do everything I was told to do and did the best I could to balance jobs and showing up," Lohan told the judge. "It wasn't vacation, it wasn't some sort of a joke."
But the judge said she didn't find Lohan's apologies sincere and ordered her to refrain from drinking alcohol and to undergo in-patient drug and alcohol treatment and monitoring after she gets out of jail as a condition of probation.
The New York native is required to surrender to authorities on July 20, 2010. Lohan is also required to continue wearing an alcohol-monitoring ankle device until then.
