Double Homicide in Queens

CORONA, NY(AP) - A man in Corona, Queens killed his wife and son, shoving them in a closet, and calling a coworker to confess to what he had done. The coworker went to investigate himself, and found the grisly scene.

They were found at about 1:40 p.m. in an apartment on the second floor of 39-02 111th St.

The man's 55-year-old wife and 14-year-old son were found dead and another 15-year-old son was taken in for questioning along with the suspect at the 115th precinct.

The Medical Examiner will determine the cause of death and the investigation is ongoing. Identification of the victims is pending proper family notification.
