Pool Pervert Bust

MYFOXNY.COM - Police say they arrested a 20-year-old man who was improperly touching a girl at a city pool.

Julio Ajpacaja of Queens faces forcible touching and endangering the welfare of a child charges.

Friday at about 4:30 p.m. at the Fischer Pool a life guard say the attack and called police.

EMTs looked at the girl on the scene.
