MYFOXNY.COM - The Brooklyn bound upper level of the Manhattan Bridge reopened Wednesday afternoon. All emergency activities relating to an earlier truck fire have concluded. Expect residual traffic delays.
The accident happened at 11:44 a.m. in the Brooklyn bound lanes.
The upper level was closed and drivers were warned to expect heavy traffic delays.
No subway delays were reported.
