McDonald's Worker Dubbed 'McSaint' for Friendly Service

MYFOXNY.COM - For Jackie Brown, working at a McDonald's in the Bronx is much more than a job. Customers say the 40-year-old pleasant attitude, friendly demeanor, and quality service go above and beyond the call of duty. Their letters have helped secure Brown the award for 2008 McDonald's Crew Person of the Year for the tristate area.

Brown has been known to even visit her elderly customers at home, just to check on them. She never lets stress get to her. Indeed her coworkers and customers call her "McSaint."

Brown has worked at the McD's on White Plains Road since 1994. The owner of the franchise says Brown is a positive influence on her fellow employees.
