MYFOXNY.COM - The quaint town of Rhinebeck in upstate New York is getting the world's attention. That is because the $2 million wedding between former first daughter Chelsea Clinton and Mark Mezvinsky is happening here, according to various reports.
A local wedding dress shop owner says her store has been bustling. She says she hopes Chelsea or her wedding party will have some last-minute needs, such as some reception ready flip flops.
A painting hangs at Wing and Clover Gallery of Chelsea and Mark on a wedding cake. The store owner would only say that the painting has been purchased as a gift. As for the buyer? No comment.
While the details are the wedding are top secret, the nuptials are believed to be taking place on the 50-acre site of Astor Courts.
The 400 guest list reportedly includes Oprah Winfrey, Steven Spielberg, Barbra Streisand and the Obamas. But the though the White House says they won't be attending.
Samuel's Coffee and Candy Shop owner wants to make sure the happy couple feels welcome. He put a sign in the window that reads "Mazel Tov Chelsea and Marc."
Sources say that local businesses associated with the wedding have signed confidentiality agreements.
