Toddler Hurt On Backyard Swing

Authorities say a 2-year-old boy was critically injured on a backyard swing when a tree branch broke.
Nassau County Police say the 30-pound branch landed on the toddler. His grandmother summoned help.
Det. Lt. Kevin Smith says the branch may have been rotting.
The little boy was taken to Nassau University Medical Center in East Meadow following the accident on Tuesday afternoon.
