Special Victims detectives and a Suffolk County Child Protective Services caseworker found a boy living in filth at a home in Bay Shore. Police then searched for two other children believed to live at the home and found them inside a car at a gas station in Wyandanch.

A 6-year-old girl was found "bruised and battered" and a 13-month-old girl was found wrapped in a blanket and hidden under trash.

Cops said the baby was also beaten.

Both children were transported by Wyandanch/Wheatley Heights Ambulance to Good Samaritan Hospital Medical Center where they were admitted to the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit.
