Services for Murdered NJ Priest

MYFOXNY.COM - Family, friends, and parishioners came to pay their respects to Rev. Edward Hinds in Chatham, who was brutally murdered in his rectory resident last week.

St. Patrick Roman Catholic Parish in Chatham held a viewing and prayer service Friday for the slain priest.

The Mass of Christian Burial will take place Saturday at 10 a.m. at the church. The mass will be simulcast in the Parish Center Gym, East/West Rooms, and Cafeteria.

The burial will be private.

Police arrested Jose Feliciano, the church janitor, and charged him with the murder of Hinds.
