Coyote Spotted On Manhattan's West Side

MYFOXNY.COM - The search for a coyote in Manhattan has been called off.

The animal was spotted by several people in the area of West Street and W 24th Street on the West Side.

Several 911 calls reporting a coyote on the loose were received just before 4 a.m. on Wednesday.

The police search followed the animal into W 50th Street.

Television reports showed footage of the coyote making its way through the area.
