A group of New York's Finest pulled off an amazing rescue near the A train Friday night, authorities said.
A 50-year-old man went into cardiac arrest at the Columbus Circle subway stop, police said.
Officers responded to the emergency call and rushed to the scene with a portable automatic external defibrillator.
With the help of a retired EMS worker and a doctor, the cops were able to shock the man's heart back into rhythm, police said.
Medics brought the man to Roosevelt Hospital, where he was listed in stable condition.
