Man Killed on LIRR Tracks

MYFOXNY.COM - A Long Island Rail Road train struck and killed a man on the tracks in Queens this morning.

Normal service on the Long Island Rail Road has resumed. Earlier, westbound trains skipped Woodside, Forest Hills and Kew Gardens.

LIRR officials say the man was not authorized to be on the tracks about one mile east of the Woodside Station.
