MYFOXNY.COM - J-Lo's sex life is going to remain private for now. A judge has temporarily blocked Jennifer Lopez's ex-husband from selling a sex tape.
Lopez has sued Ojani Noa for $10 million, claiming he intends to make and sell a movie containing home video of the actress in sexual situations, including during their 1997 honeymoon. A Los Angeles judge on Monday barred Noa and his producer, Ed Meyer, from distributing the material until a Tuesday hearing on whether to extend the order.
Noa says he'll fight the order.
Noa is a Cuban chef and more recently, a writer. He and Lopez were married on February 22, 1997 and divorced in January 1998.
Lopez claims he's violating a prior confidentiality agreement. In 2007, Lopez won $545,000 in another lawsuit that blocked Noa from publishing a ghostwritten tell-all book. It was to be titled "The Unknown Truth: A Passionate Portrait of a Serial Thriller". Noa's book was to detail his first sexual encounter with Lopez, as well as claims that the singer had multiple affairs while they were married.
