LAGUARDIA AIRPORT - The NYPD is on the hunt for the person who shot a man at LaGuardia Airport.
Police say the 26-year-old was hit in the chest at the taxi holding lot.
He was taken to Elmhurst Hospital where he is expected to survive.
The shooting happened at around 11:30 p.m. on Monday.
The shooter and at leas two other men were reportedly seen driving up to the man in a silver Nissan Pathfinder and opening fire.
It's not clear what lead to the gunfire or why the victim was in the holding lot near the Delta Airlines and United Airlines terminals.
Port Authority police and NYPD investigators are working the case.
