Postal Service Makes Woman Cry

A local woman was devastated after some precious artwork was damaged in the mail. But as John Deutzman reports, her battle with the post office was so draining, she started crying when Fox 5 showed up to help. Apparently, the Postal Service initially rejected her insurance claim, even though the USPS put a label on the package, saying it got damaged.
